NDNC Registry

The main objective of the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC registry) is to reduce unsolicited commercial communication (UCC). Union Carbide has been defined as “any message, through service to the telecommunications, broadcast for the purpose of reporting, or to seek or promote any commercial transaction with respect to goods, investments or services that are common opted not to receive, but does not include -

(I) any message (except promotional message) relating to service or financial transaction under a specific contract between the parties to this contract, or

(B) any messages relating to charities, national campaigns or natural calamities transmitted on the trends in the Government or agencies authorized by it and said this purpose;
