Recognized ISLAMABAD: Federal Council of revenues in ([FEB) sales tax member Ahmed Khan Abrar said the tax burden would increase on consumers at the retail level after the application of value-added tax (VAT) at all stages of supply chain from the financial year the next (2010-2011).
