Justice authorities in (a U.S. state in the north east), Connecticut, says the founder of the American admitted to the school for street children in Haiti to engage in illicit sexual conduct with eight young men in that country.
Officials said Wednesday that Douglas Perlitz (40 years), pleaded guilty to one count of travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct. Perlitz say made the acceptance of part of an agreement with prosecutors.
