National Foundation for Credit Counseling, and it is not uncommon for students to return home to spend the holiday with some new ideas and interesting, and some extra kilos and two tattoos.
But here, students of the College is nothing more to bring back this Thanksgiving: a credit card.
Credit card reform law was passed last year prohibits lenders from issuing cards to persons under the age of 21 unless they can prove they can make payments or to obtain a parent or guardian to sign together. This provision came into force on February 22, so when they start college this fall, students will not be received by exporters C cover the pizza coupons and shirts.
