He was arrested on Shaquan Duley, 29-year-old mother of two children to leave the scene of the accident Monday, August 16th, 2010.
Shaquan Duley participated in a car accident that killed two of her sons sitting in the car. Shaquan Duley reported to the police that her car accidentally went to the Edisto River with her two children trapped inside.
The brother of two children died in a car accident and their bodies were taken out of the car sinking.
