Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Bologna Slyle, three copies of this recipe healthy pasta classic delicious. Fast and easy to make. Focus on nutrition and health. One recipe for cardiac care, one for diabetic care and one for diet weight loss or maintenance. Traditionally, Bologna is made spaghetti sauce with ground beef. Presents two versions here, one that uses soy instead of ground meat, chopped and this is why we refer to it as “Bologna Style”. The other version uses some extra ground beef, lean, and can be described as a spaghetti meat sauce. The protein content of both versions is similar, but the saturated fat and total fat content is very different. Soy sauce is free of cholesterol. Meat sauce will contain cholesterol and high in saturated fat is less desirable.
