West Virginia Lottery Director John C. Musgrave holds the post of President of the Council of State Lottery Association Multi administration, beginning March 16, 2006. He fills the vacancy left by the Lottery and the Louisiana State Director Randy Davis, who left the lottery and another of the Assembly on March 15 to take a job in private industry.
John Musgrave has served as President of the Association of Deputy lottery since July 1, 2005. John also currently serves as Chairman of the two game groups Association: Working magic and astronomy and a multi-state wide area progressive video lottery (MWAP) game set.
