The Commission approved today the opening of the Virginia race track betting on off center to be located in a bar Innsbrook.
The new facility will open tomorrow at the Irish Pub Finnish McCools in the Shoppes at Innsbrook, in the western corner of Broad Street and Cox Road.
The new Centre will be Colonial Downs’ off-track betting ninth and the first center in a restaurant.
