Michael Strahan has heard criticism of Tom Coughlin.
Strahan is aware of questions about whether the new president has the New York Giants coach and the enthusiasm of the rumors that are taking place to replace Bill Cowher if Coughlin was the struggle and the team failed to make the playoffs again.
The former Captain Coughlin said Tuesday that the coach is not the problem, although Coughlin try to take responsibility for the collapse 29-10 Giants’ on Sunday. The Giants had 11 penalties, including five personal fouls, which came after the whistle in a loss to Tennessee.
Coughlin won the Super Bowl in 2007, but now his seat awfully warm after the beginning of the collapse of 8-8 after 1-2 last year.
Now all of a sudden he can not coach? I do not think this is the case, “said Strahan, now the Fox analyst, who will be recognized as one of 30 players entered in the ring of honor for the new Giants Sunday night.” We have to just get these guys on the same page. As a coach you can do a lot, and I got some guys who are your leaders who can kind of control of the situation and the police each other. ”
Strahan used to hate the control of Coughlin made everything. Coughlin was sentenced when he arrived first in 2004, the team with an iron fist, and it was not welcomed by every player.
